Premier Property Inspection LLC inspectors are licensed inspectors in Washington State and certified by InterNachi. Principal inspector and owner Dave Weaver is also a WSDA licensed Structural Pest Inspector. PPI LLC has provided over 2500 inspections since 2017. We are a multi inspector firm prepared to provide quality inspections with a commitment to attention and detail on every inspection. We have your best interests as our core focus!
